I need a hard money lender letter.

I have spent most of my time doing short sales and then wholesaling them but now I want to expand what I am doing to the occasional rental and rehab.  Something about all my eggs and a basket comes to mind.  Anyhoo, rather than go to the bank I would like to use hard money.  I have several potential investors in mind and I would like to mail them a letter asking for some moolah.

Do any of you have a letter that I could borrow for ideas so I could make my own.
