Hello Everyone,

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.  I was wondering if anyone new how to structure or put together a land trust deal. I flipped a few REO's using the simultaneous and double technique, and I wanted to learn how to do a Land Trust deal....Does anyone konw if Land Trust Deals are legitimate in NJ and if anyone know of a title company or attorney who is comfortable in doing them?  Thanks so much for all your help in Advance and for all your help in the past as well!
