...that there area still real estate agents out there that have yet to work with a RE investor. Haha.. I am amazed every time. From my perspective, being an agent would spark my interest to learn and understand more about all areas of the business from all sides, or as much as I could anyway. Also, I may even decide to approach the business as an investor from time to time even if I were a licensed agent(I'm not). I would be trying to segue my career as an agent into being an investor because it's obviously more lucrative, -or at least that's how it seems to me. Yet with every other phone call I make on a prospective property listing, I am meeting people who just don't understand what real estate investment is. Oh, well...there's still $$$ to be made.
