I just wanted to take a second and tell all of you in real estate investor land that I hope you all have a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Kickass Kwanzaa, Fabulous Festivus, or whatever holiday it is you happen to celebrate.
I hope you take some time during these holidays to reflect on what was great about this year, what you need to improve on for '09, and how grateful we should all be for the things that we have that are really important like family and health.
So regardless of the challenges that 2008 might have brought you and your family, tomorrow when you are all gathered around the tree, or menorah, or the mkeka, or the festivus pole, take a second and hug your kids a little tighter, kiss your wife or husband, boyfriend or girlfriend a little longer, take the time to let your parents know you love them. It is important that we all take time to show our appreciation for the gifts we have that can't be bought at the local mall. After all, these are the gifts that are by far the most precious and rare. Happy Holidays everyone.
