Hello!

  I was able to get a message from the broker/real estate agent I'm working with on this property.  He tells me that he knows the family, is friends with the son, and that he has heard (but not verified) that it is contaminated.  I guess the owner liked to work on old trucks.  He is going to call them after the first of the year to see what is really going on.

  He is a local to the area, so maybe we can pull this off.  If not, I would really hate to walk away from that property.  It has been calling to me for some time now.
