Hello!

  I hope that everyone had a nice Thanksgiving?  Mine was quiet but I got some stuff around the home front done.

  I received the book "40 Days to Success in Real Estate Investing" on November 27th, 2008 from Amazon.com (book is out of print).  It was a recommended read.  I have been able to read a few pages at a time each day.  

  I will let you know each step I go through and how I make it work.  Maybe someone will be able to benefit from it.  I know that I will!
