Hello everyone! You may have seen have not been here for a couple of months.
I have been making money of brokering commercial loans worldwide... or I should say "Referring" .
It took a while to get any to go into underwriting but the past 2 months, oh yeah! I have made over $11,000 just pay for getting clients to pay HALF the retainer. The other half I should have in about a week from now, and 5 international loans should close for a payout of $310,000. That's 1% of the total funded amounts.
And that's not all! I am going to Russia Thanksgiving day for 5 days to work on closing another loan. I was supposed to go on the "EU TOUR 2008" to Czech Republic, Germany, Spain and Ukraine, but one of the investor stepped in and went instead.
Anywho, I have pics of the checks I will be posting for any non believers, and I will be looking for pack of "Bird Dogs" starting in January to ramp this up even higher.
In the meantime, if you need a commercial loan/JV Partner, I have the source. This company doesn't mess around. They fund projects from 1MM to 25MM worldwide.
Unfortunately we will not be processing any more loans until January, so hang tight.
