Hello again-

I, like all of you are seeking ways to grow my biz.  My brother in law and I work in the Tampa Bay area.  Over the past 6 months we have been on a buying spree.  We have been buying, rehabbing and holding and renting.  And with the exception of a few distractions, we have done pretty well.  All units have been rented!

Prior to this we pretty much only wholesaled houses, but with the market the way it is, we have found it impossible to wholesale! 

We are now looking to get our website up and look for buyers outside of the area.  From what I have read, Web 2.0 is the way to go.  I get emails from real estate "guru's" professing the value of this. 

Has anyone had any success with Web 2.0??  If so, I would love to hear from you!  Before I spend the money investing in this technology, I want to see that it works.  We are not huge investors, so every penny that we spend matters.  We cannot afford to make mistakes!  Its either this, or bandit signs!!!
