I have been researching a lot of Foreclosures lately and I have found several great deals but cannot go through the traditional funding.
My Hard Money lenders have almost become as tough as the regular lenders and I am stumped. I need help in finding funding sources as I am in a new market and would like to purchase for my personal home as well as investment, Please Help!!!
