Hello folks-

I am trying to scratch out a living here in Pinellas County, Florida.  Like everyone, I am looking for a way to grow my biz.  I've been doing real estate here since 2005.

I have started talking to a couple of guys about Web 2.0.  I need to decide if I want to make the investment and go down this avenue or not.  Currently I am buying and holding, and making the occasional wholesale deal ( although it has been awhile since I wholesaled a house).

Has anyone had success with this?  For me to spend this money I need to be able to quantify the investment.  If you've been successful at this, I would really appreciate your reply! 

How long did it take you to work your way up the natural rankings?  How long until you began to see traffic at your site?  Most importantly, have you actually sold a property this way?  Were were your buyers from?
