I worked so hard to build my buyers list.
I have found great motivated sellers willing to sell their properties.
I created a nice email to blast to my buyers.
No bites.
What am I doing wrong. It has been a week and still no bites.
Are the deals bad?
Are my buyers dead?
I just do not know what to do.

No bites as far as buyers not interested in your houses? How big is your buyers list? It might help if you put some info about one of your deals on here and then we can look at it and give you our perspective.
