Hello my real estate investor friends!!
So, the day before yesterday I recieved my "40 days to success in real estate investing" book. IT'S SO GOOD! It's the best book about R.E.I I've read so far out of the myriad i have read (a total of 2 books. w00t). lol. It's really great, I love it's simplicity. I hope it's not just another load of garbage. I think it could be really helpful. I guess my next step in my excited Real Estate Investing journey is to find a real estate agent who will give me a copy of some contracts. Does anyone know how i'd go about doing this? Should I just call a random realtor up on the phone and say "Hey, can I have a look at some of the contracts you guys use to buy and sell houses?"? It seems a bit... forward. Should I do that? I guess it won't hurt to try.
