This is hopefully a first chapter of many. Though Im not so sure where to begin but I'll base it off of what I've seen.

For about the the past 3 years Ihave been working in the typical 9-5 in IT- Sales, which might I add has been fairly profitable but not the greatest extent. I started losing motivations for IT-Sales but always had entreprenurial ideas and pleantly of resources to back me but no money.

Then finally four months ago a good friend of mine came to me with an opportunity.  He attended a CTREIA meeting and did alot of networking. In turn he took the right classes and was mentored by the best and has pass some of that knowledge off to me. I then learned a significant amount about wholesale, rehabbing and commercial real estate.

So all in all the past few weeks have been quite hectic, we havent closed any deals yet, but I dont expect it at this stage, but doors are opening, one being with a Abandon property as well as a commercial property that were referred to us. Though this is way ahead of what we should be doing off the back, we have put all our resources to work.

We are going to offically begin our marketing campaign, and break down all the areas strategically and oursource the field labor.  Might I add for any one out there looking for a free and easy way to find help, Im sure you heard of "Craigslist". Lets just say I got 5 response that same nite.

Ill keep you all updated on marketing campaign.

wouldn't think of NOT using craigslist for everything!! I buy most of my rehabbing stuff on there too (or get it free 50% of the time)..
