Because we are in a buyers market with properties being purchased at up to 30% below their value, for example a 1m dollar property was bought yesterday at a 300,000k discount. I can access many properties like this here in NZ under option but heres my difficulty, how do I market these properties so as to expose them to as man investor and retail buyers as possible across the world HELP.
