The Promise: Since I have entered this site a little over 24hrs i have now "optioned" control 2 properties 1 valued over 460k and the other over 1.4k this agreement gives me the 90 days to find an end buyer and assign these properties on for a small fee called an assignment fee. I am encouraged given I have never had such a large dollar amount of property at my disposal, Despite the global Credit crisis opportunity with be drawn to you as you focus on the desire and passion you have to become your reality.
