I reside in Plano, Texas. It is a northern suburb of Dallas. It is booming here and there is good value in Real Estate.

I wish to work with others and achieve mutual profits! I have been working with wholesalers mostly! It is difficult to determine values for the properties they have.

One example is a 2.2 acre tract in Denton-another suburb of dallas. There is an old house and barn there but there is more value to remove them and offer the vacant land. It is offered now for 150k and the estimated retail value is somewhere between  350 and 500k. This is ideal for a builder/developer to subdivide and build new homes.

I was trying to offer an option at 150k with hopes to flip to a builder for a mutually agreed upon and fair price.

I could really use some assistance with this project and others. Thanks for reading and I would enjoy hearing from you  ASAP!
