I listened to a Webinar by DC Fawcett and another gentleman who proved to be a real genius!

  It was called 36-Hour Sale and boy was that informative!  I took lots of notes.  I think that will be something I will get involved in at a later date.

  I am very interested in learning how to do short sales, estate sales, buy and hold, and commercial.  First things first ... I need to learn the basics and keep up with all the changes going on.

  I'm looking for someone to be like a "co-signer" for the program that DC Fawcett offers so that I can learn everything I need to - to become successful in my own right.  Please contact me for more details.
