Hello John and Thanks a lot for your encouraging words. I do plan to get better with every one. This will be interesting as it unfolds. I am keeping record of the steps I take to look over my process and constantly refine it. The feedback has been tremendously helpful
People who know me do know this about me... I stress and encourage people to take action and implement what they learn and know. This is the only way to have success and grow
I also believe success is a journey not a destination therefore no matter what I view this project as a success
Thanks again,
Hello Michael and thanks for the constructive criticism I'd like to add some of my thought behind the video
1.) I know I could have easily hired a professional and thought about it but wanted it to be personal so I used my own voice. I could have used a better Mic in fact I considered going to a professional studio but was trying all this stuff and software out for the first time.
2.) I agree with the music in fact I almost left it out but wanted an upbeat tempo in the background and possibly trying to mask the quality of the my voice recording a bit(Obviously didn't help;-) I edited the music myself and then mixed it with my voice using another software... So that was actually intentional lol :-) I guess I could forget my dream's of becoming a producer. Just Kidding ;-) I really do appreciate Your Honest Opinion
3.) I know I lack experience this being my first one but I'd like to make several Video's and really want them to offer such great value that it doesn't matter who's voice it is although the Audio Quality does need Major Improvement.
4.) I understand your Mercedes analogy completely. In fact I truly believe in out sourcing to maximize outcome and productivity. You've given me some great feedback and don't worry it didn't hurt that much. *Just Kidding* Lol
I want to Thank You and Everyone who has provided a comment you have been extremely helpful and given me some great idea's and insight. Your honest opinions really make a difference: -)
I think it's a great first step in the direction you want move. I'll focus on a few things I noticed/felt at the time of viewing:
1. Voice over lacked professionalism. Don't be hurt by that statement! :) That's why there is such a thing as Voice Talent. If I were to make the video it would not have been any better. Once you have the video nailed down with your voice over, consider having a professional voice-over created for you.
2. The music seems out of place IMHO.
3. Audio quality was lacking.
4. Overall... I just didn't feel the message you were delivering matched the quality of your presentation. In other words, why isn't someone who's going to help you make millions delivering top notch, professional video? "If you can put me into a Mercedes, why aren't you driving one?" See what I mean?
I hope this helps. I think numbers 1,2, and 3 could be easily fixed and then my number 4 wouldn't even need to be considered.
Professional voice-over talent is really easy to get now-a-days and not that expensive, taking music out is easy, figure out what's going on with the audio quality/fix it, and I think you've got something really good.
These are of course just my opinions. :) I hope they provide you with some ideas on how to make your project more successful.
By the way, if you had a voice-over made, it would fix all three suggestions as they will sound professional, quality will be excellent, and they can add music for you as well.
Certainly worth a look into.
Good luck,
Michael

Thanks Joel. I really appreciate the feedback on the Video and the emails you've been getting from me. I strive to provide the best quality of information I can. While trying to reach people on all different levels it could sometimes be a challenge. Ranging from Novice to Pro I try to offer the basic foundation to Resources and industry new's and updates. For my next Video I will definetely Work on the Audio and with practice i'm sure will improve in all area's here.
Your Right about the Concept. My point was indeed to spark curiousity so you want to visit my webpage and optin. Hope it Work's ;)
P.S. Any advice is apreciated as this Video thing is new to me and don't hesitate to let me know if I can help in any way aswell.
I have been receiving this programs emails for a week or two, so I am learning this system now. I think I kind of take on too many things sometimes, but this one just really sounded like something that matched my interests. Most of you know I have a big interest in commercial areas. I also used to work with mortgage brokers in house on jobs, but that was for residential not commercial. Anything commercial catches my attention.
I do agree with the others here about the sound, it could be improved a little. However for a video on YouTube I don't expect the the highest quality. I have seen quite a range of quality on YouTube ranging from professional to extremely amateur in quality. Over all I think you did an excellent job! If I hadn't already been to your site before this video would have gotten me there this time.
I give your video a strong "B" and your blog an "A" for being open to put it up for critique and opinion.
Great job!
Best of success,
Joel

I will start with a technical review of the video.
I liked the flow of the video, good pacing and not to much information. I also liked the images they were upbeat and very positive.
The sound was a bit distorted on my system. Not sure if it was how you did the voiceover, but you sounded like you were talking on an older telephone system. You know kind of hollow and far away.
Overall it was enjoyable to watch and well made.
Now about the content or the subject you are trying to advertise, I have never take the bootcamp you advertise or anything similiar so please take my comments as an honest review by a true novice.
I have an interest in commercial properties and have read a lot about the buying and finacing of them so my comments on the content might just be a reflection of my lack of experiance.
My first impression of the content was I couldn't figure out how you could deliver on the claims. Maybe after you do the introduction you could put up an outline of the subject areas covered in the bootcamp and or the duration spent on each area.
My other thought was ok how much would something like this costs and is it comparable to some of the other programs out there?
I hope this feedback is helpful.
