Here is a video of my last rehab. This was a auction property and was a complete disaster. After 1 month of work and around 30k in rehab it was gone. I hope you enjoy.

Ryan, great job on the promo video.  I think it will help sell a lot of your learning material.  You did a fantastic job on the house!  Looks like you put a lot of sweat equity hours into the property.  You obviously have a lot of talent!
