I've been at this now for little over a year and either I am doing "everything" wrong or I am searching in the wrong place and meeting the wrong individuals. I have had several good leads under contract and could not for the life of me get the properties sold!. I am not so sure or certain about this anymore but something about this industry keeps me hanging in there when everything in me (the selfish, I want it now!) "self" want to just throw in the towel and say I tired . . . But the thrill of the chase, the ever real possibility that this one is "the one" keeps me going and going and going YET, no rewards for the rabbit?
I don't know, just venting I guess to those that understand the love/hate relationship one has with this industry!

Its a good thing you are into .I urge you on to be more serious like others are saying and remember nothing comes so easy.I pray God helps you to focus on the work you are doing and hopoefuly you will succeed.

As a good friend of mine said, "you are good people". You will succeed!
Also, as Maria said, focus on what you want, believe in what you want, and your mind will make it happen! I've read enough books over the years, "Think and Grow Rich", "Power of Positive Thinking", etc, etc. They all say the same thing, believe in yourself, believe in what you are doing, and believe in where you want to be. It is possible!
Finally, thanks for all of the help and inspiration you have given me! It will happen and it will happen big for you!

I do feel you. But you need to be focus on the Goals that you want to achieve and You will achieve them. Stay far away from the Negative!!! Negative thoughts, feelings, people and environments. It is easy to think Negative but We all need to stay positive. Read some or all of my blogs, grade them, comment them and just do a lot of networking!!! Always have an Exit Strategy and a plan A, B, and C...... Do things simultaneously and everything will pan out....Always stay focus and Positive are the main keys...What your thoughts are it will create and Manifest your reality... Stay Positive Real Estate is A Trillion Dollar Industries.......
