I'm sure most of you reading this already know where and who this quote is from.  If not, it is a quote from a great book by the author above and it is called, "See you at the top".  I believe that it is mandatory reading for anyone in business.  Moreover, anyone who wants a successful business and improve their outlook should have it somewhere on the bookshelf. 

Why this quote?  When I remembered it, it really got the wheels turning.  That's why I'm writing this at 4:00am in the morning.  We as real estate investors/realtors/mortgage brokers/all RE pros are positioned to help homeowners who may have FEW or NO options other than to lose their home.  We all will get what we want if we are smart and endure till the end. We'll make the deal happen.  But at the end of the day when we can help that homeowner/client get the financing, get the property sold or get them into that new home for the first time or the third time. It brings a big boot to the backside of the economy one house at a time.  We help to get it goin'.  Even more importantly, you've made an impact and changed someone's situation for the better.  Go the extra mile, it's worth it.
