Hello All,

After fully taking on the branch of our Property Management business, I have become fairly knowlegable in regards to specific topics that I find are frequently asked by the landlords we do business with as well as people looking to educate themselves.  I dont consider myself a guru because I think that term is used so loosely now, but I feel confident in my knowledge of managing properties to get you the highest and best ROI in the end.  Throughout my continuation of my blogs I will post up Tips, Articles, Links, Special Reports for those of you who wish to endure things that you already know or things that are completely new to you about residential and commercial management. In the end my overall goal is to make you as aware as I am towards "PROPER" property management and learn what not to do in managing your property.

Check out the bulletin for the links to our blog and special reports!

Nice intro.

Do you own rental properties? Is this hands-on experience out in the trenches? What types of properties do you manages? How many years have you done this and in what state(s)? What types of commercial property management have you done? Are you licensed? If so as what? Give a few examples of how your skills can get us the highest and best ROI.

Sorry, I know these are a lot of questions, but I like to verify the source of the advice.
