I am looking for a new place to send my clients who are in need of a blanket/umbrella loan for properties in Detroit, MI. The clients all have good credit and are full doc.

If you find a company that can provide such a facility do lets us know. Local banks are sometimes the best option but they tend to want the client to be local also.
