Go to the Briefcase on the site and click on free legal forms and you can find one there.

Pam's Property

Hi Lilstacks,  Not sure if this will work for you, but in the past on the contract to purchase I have put on the buyer line...my name (or company name) plus "and/or assign"  example: lilstacks, Inc. and/or assign.

This should give you the right to buy it and/or whoever you assign it to.

I'm not an attorney and I would suggest you run this by one in your state (or the state the property is in) before proceeding.

Thanks!
Pam

Sorry stacks, I'm a buy & hold type of guy. If I had one, I'd share.
