This is a program opening to new members next week. Don't let the numbers scare you. The returns will seem a bit out there; but his group is making money like you wouldn't believe. Not to mention they have partnered with Bank of America to offer this program. You will be introduced to the investment group next week. This particular program consists of :
B of A creates a (loan or LOC) in your name/name of your business.
The loan goes directly to a private bank in NY. (to be disclosed when you enter the program)
The NY bank creates a security around this loan. ie. (MTN, SBLC, etc)
This security is, combined with others in the program to back large deals. (JV, Private Placement, Development, Trading Platform, etc.)
This security will also be traded.
Income will generate from trading the security and from the deal that it backs.
This is why it can generate so much money; because each LOC/loan draws money from two sources.
Obviously these securities from you all (credit partners) are compounded to trade/securitize as one large security; which is also why the returns are huge.
These securities are used to back very large transactions... ie. Gold transactions, oil, diamonds, commercial real estate, etc.
This particular program will require a "power of attorney" document signed by each credit partner; for this deal specifically. The reason is because both the B of A loan/loc and the NY bank's securitizing paperwork need to be signed for in person. The CEO of the investment group will be signing on behalf of the group of credit partners. Otherwise each credit partner would have to go to FL to sign this paperwork; and then to NY to sign for the security. This is a private offering under the management of this group because of their track record. The paperwork will not be available at your local branch, sorry. Which means take advantage now or lose out later.
