Hello Everyone!
Like the title reads, I am a serious real estate wholesaler. I specialize in properties in Southern California and "The South" of the United States, especially Georgia. The properties will usually be 3 bed/1 bath and 2 bed/1 bath, and they will definitely need fix-up.
Please let me know if you are interested in investing in these areas, as I am trying to start a buyers list from this ingenious network!

As you first posted in late 2006, how has the buyer's list moved on. I am wondering how well the blog entry has worked for you as a way to build a list.
