I am looking to find someone to partner up with. I have a ton of construction knowledge. I grew up in the construction business. I have a great contractor to get the work done and over 2 years of rehabbing and investing knowledge. I am looking for someone in the Central Ohio market that wants to get together and share knowledge to help grow our businesses. I am still a little shakey on bringing in a partner but I thought the best way would be to meet, get to know each other and see how we can capitalize on each other strengths.
