Hi Everyone, I am definitely a newcomer to the investment arena.  I have been in real estate (primarily residential) sales for three years.  I want to move forward - learn as much as possible and get started with my first transaction.   I need info on no out of pocket deals (if they really exist - and I believe that they do) and if anyone has any great ideas to move residential properties to keep an income coming in while I learn this arena.  I am an excellent student - ready to go full force.  I would also be glad to work with anyone interested in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho, NM market and share a deal.  Even if you can't advise, your input on my blog is greatly appreciated.

hi Janet and welcome!
There are so many programs, trainers and coaches out there, it just depends on what area of investing you want to do, ie:  wholesale, rehab, but/hold for rental, commercial, apt. buildings, etc.  I started by subscribing to one of the newsletters online and that led me to many other programs and people who have given alot of information and training through teleconference calls and webinars.  Not sure if I can mention them here or not, so if you more information on this, email me at:  homeownerrescue@gmail.com
and much success and good luck to you.

Start jumping into the forums as soon as possible to find answers and ask questions. You can find some great new threads in there to help sort things out. Also when you have a moment. Fill out your profile. This will work better to attract the type of contacts you need. Welcome aboard.

Here is a post to explain a bit about the benefits of your profile. I suggest all newcomers give this one a peek too.
