I couldn't pass this deal up.  We purchased a 3 bedroom home in historic Tampa Heights.  We were able to take over the existing financing & walk into the deal with $2K out of pocket and an interest rate of less than 5%!

We took over payments of a $136,000 note and with $10,000 in rehab costs should be able to sell the home for upwards of $200,000.

Our first week of renovations have been completed and we anticipate the major work being completed on Friday June 27th, 2008.  From there, its interior & exterior painting and carpet and we will be ready for our onsite Auction July 12th.  I will post more information on the auction as we get closer to the date.
