All are performing note in the state of Fl. There are a total of 9 notes avail for immediate purchase. Mostly SFR's/ 2 condos. LTV's are 65% or lower all current. Almost never any lates all properties are in good condition. I have a spreadsheet of all 9 notes and details. Seller wants to move these fast as he has more coming. Please contact me if you're interested. ONLY serious buyers please. No Brokers.
