Hello Threadheads!

I said to myself that I would finally start writing Blogs when I got about 150 Contacts so that I could at least have a base audience.  Well I have hit and surpassed that mark so I guess its time for me to start Blogging!  I have read and graded a lot of Great Blogs on this site.  Blogs that made me go to that person and request a contact!  So I am thinking now not only must I write a Great Blog but I have to do something that will give me a name and bring attention to my page, because let's face it that's why we write these damn things!  

With this in mind I have decided to start a series of Blogs based on a concept that one of my favorite Music Artists (KRS-One) coined... EDUTAINMENT!  Education mixed with Entertainment to open minds!  So I thought I would come up with relevant topics within the Entertainment realm that I could relate to Real Estate!  But the first thing I had to do was think of a topic that I wanted to address with the utmost importance to me and my business and, I would have to say it would be Finding Buyers In A Distressed Market! 

The thing about this topic is that it really isn't that tough finding buyers if you know how to market properly!  I know we are supposed to be in a Depression and all but every analyst and Real Estate Guru will say that now is the time to get in there and Buy, Buy, Buy!  The true problem of being able to obtain and endless amount of buyers, as you could just a few short years ago, is the public perception of the way things are.  Now where does this perception come from....? You guessed it... The Media!  Television in particular!  You see Tell-lie-vision is heavily vested into pumping into your head this "Great Depression" that we are in!  Yet when I look at TV I see New Shows, New Movies, New Products and endless vehicles to show me that some people out there are making a ton of Cash off our civilian Blood, Sweat, and Tears!  And they certainly don't care if there is a Depression or not!

When it comes to informing Civilians on how to make money during these times the News will tell you how many people are being laid off or how many homes are going into foreclosure or how the real estate market is hitting rock bottom!  You know what this makes me Mad As Hell!  What they really doing is telling the common man/woman not to invest in a bright future at the best time possible!  They want all the Rich People to come in and buy up all the properties for dirt cheap while the Blue Collar workers slowly sink into the Abyss!  Well I am not going to let that happen to you!  I want you to listen to my friend Howard Beale as he tells you like it is!
