Good Morning REI,

I came back home on Saturday from a twelve day vacation trip to Alaska, Yukon & British Columbia, Canada tour and cruise. There are truely a lot of beautiful things to see up there; we saw grizzly bears, black bears, hump back whales, killer whales, bald eagles and puffins galore. The cruise ship was great and the service excellant.

Now, back to reality and work! It has been raining and storming a lot here since the beginning of May so, my Elm street rehab is still only 95% finished. We have to paint the exterior of the home then, it will be sold retail. The Pine street rehab is moving along good, it is probably up to 35% complete. The Boomer road project is moving quickly, it is probably up to 45% complete, now. It is nice to know that I can go on vacation and the projects will still progress forward.

I left a complete list of rehab items, room by room, that needs to be done. It seems to have worked out well. Meanwhile, it seems that I have people calling everyday looking for a good rental home, makes me wish I owned some more. That is what I will start doing, lining up the next purchase to fall inline behind these three. Still working the job but, it is ok, it will not stop the RE investments.
