Hello all,

I need a lender for one of my clients.  He is looking to purchase a home here in OK for about 125K.  He has a bankruptcy but is looking to put down about 20K and pay off the balance (100K) in 5 years and is willing to pay 7% interest on the balance.  If there is anyone out there who is interested please let me know.  He makes really good money and will of course give the investor the first lienholder position.  He is primarily looking for a private lender rather that a mortgage co.
