Make Money from Your Hard Assets

We will buy your assets for 120% of it's value or  pay you 2% per month to Lease them from you and you can keep them.

Assets are wonderful things to have but if you need cash we have an interesting proposal for you: If you have assets we can show you how to leverage those assets and sell them for 120% of the asset's value or receive 2% per month by leasing them out to the Trust.

  • Refined precious metals such as gold

  • Precious gems such as diamonds, rubies, emeralds,

  • Or real estate

  • Or anything else of value that you may propose.

Example Sale: If you own a piece of real estate that is worth $1,000,000 you can assign it to the Trust and you will receive $1,200,000 within 6 to 12 months for allowing us to use it as collateral on leverage loans. We would get the loan and buy the assets from you for within 6 to 12 months.

Example Lease: If you are attached to your assets or if it is a home that you do not want move from and do not want to sell it you can simply lease it for a 2% per month fee of the value payable to you monthly, which comes out to a 24% per year return. For a $1,000,000 asset you would receive $20,000 per month for the duration of the contract. You may be contracted to lease your assets from 2 months to 12 months or longer, it's up to you.

The value of these assets would have to be $1,000,000 or more. You must not have any liens that exceed the Following Limits:

Asset Value Max Liens Allowed
$1,000,000 to $2,000,000 Not to Exceed 10% of the value.
$2,000,000 to $2,999,999 Not to Exceed 20% of the value.
$3,000,000 And Greater Not to Exceed 30% of the value.

How this works. It's a multi step process involving leverage of your assets.

Step1: Assign the assets to the Trust. Legal documents will be provided. Appraisals will be ordered by the Trust or if you have an updated appraisal it will be reviewed.

Step 2:  The Trust pledges those assets to get loans from hedge funds and other financial institutions.

Step 3: The loans are placed in an account where they are cloned (Leveraged 3 or more times it size) which allows the money to grow with interest while being utilized without disturbing the underlying assets or portfolio, it's a neat little thing that we learned from money managers.

Step 4: You begin to receive you monthly income of 2% per month immediately and it is returned to you within 12 months unencumbered or if you opted to sell it you will receive a dollar amount equal to 120% of the assets' value in 6-12 months.
