I am experiencing some rough investing times. 5 of my 6 houses are vacant. 4 in the last 2 months and I need tenant buyers. If you know of anyone. Keep your chin up.  Some times it's tough finding good tenants.  I visited the website and checked out the homes.  Very nice.  I am a landlord as well and have found craigslist to be the best resource for finding tenants.  I am also in Columbus, Ohio.

Hi Chad,

Before you jump the gun for someone with cash in hand, please take a look at my blog for a benchmark to pre-screening tenants. I do know how hard it is to get through the vacancies, but it is a lot easier than evicting the wrong tenants.
