theres alot of properties in SC and not so many investors in my area so its kind of hard to reach them and network i dont know if theyre just not looking for anyone like mself or what but i've only been able to contact one im just lookig to grow my buyrs list of seasoned investors who might wanna do some deals together with me im only a beginner but ima hard worker and i never quit hit me up anytime . thanks!
