I would love someone to help me, as a beginner, through the short sale process!! Is anyone out there? :)
How much help do you want? What is it worth to you?
There are free resources on the net. How-To type documents. The forums are a great place to get specific tips from individuals who are working short sale deals. You will also hear from others who feel short sales are more work than they are worth. Short sales are a bit like diving in the deep end when you are trying to learn how to swim.
You can pay someone else to do the work. There are commercial services that will take on a short sale until the lender agrees to a price or the deal dies (foreclosure).
So, what do you want and just how much are you willing to put in (time or cash)?
