Well looks like I just got a slap on the hand from the city for putting out Bandit Signs. If Im a good boy for the next 12 months, the Judge said she'll drop the charge. But, now I cant utilize my best form of marketing in the most active city in my area. If anyone has any clever ways around this dilemma, I would surely appreciate it

I have my bandit signs going to a pre paid cell phone number. I opened the the account paying with cash and they only ask for your first name. I always refill with cash that way the account can never be tracked. Just to be safe, I gave them a dummy name anyway. I let the calls go to VM and return the phone calls on my office line. If someone hassles you, just tell them you are not the company and that you get the messages from a confidential outside party. So far so good.

You score!!!
50 Bonus points to Tidewater for being the very first person in my entire real estate career that I've ever heard of actually getting a fine for bandit signs!!
CONGRATS!!
As far as getting around it, if you really don't want to give up the bandit signs, which I completely understand why you don't for their effectiveness, I think I may have a solution for you.
Form another LLC, have a buddy be the principal of it, get another # preferably a harder one to trace back to you and start doing it again! Avoid nice areas, stick to the rougher areas, watch my bandit sign video if you haven't already, and light up the city again with your corrugated plastic litter, haha!! Just budget some extra cash to pay for potential fines with the new LLC, if you get fined, whatever, it's a business expense, haha. Let's face it, unless you are putting them over Stop signs (in which case you should be beaten and thrown into traffic) it really ranks up there with jaywalking.
By the way, everyone should be buying their signs from our site, show the love!
