Who loves to shop at Wal – Mart, I do when it comes to small stuff, but then I moved to Target. It’s a bit higher quality products and sometimes a more variety.

Well I mentioned Wal – Mart because today’s quote came from him. You see he knows what vision is and he has pocketed plenty of capital since Wal – Mart came to be known. In fact as of today his empire consists of over 3000 stores with sales over $104 Billion!!!

He had a vision to make a discount shopping something big and better. It turned out that he did just that and it is now a big success in America. He did this by cutting cost to the absolute minimum, passing the savings on to the customer, and combining it with advanced computerization and automated distribution centers.

So I chose him to be our quoter for this week because it comes to show that having capital in any business is not necessary especially in Real Estate. Oh it will get you far if you have it, but if you don’t have a vision, you will be lost and will not get any where close to where someone without capital and a vision would.

Many have said that you don’t need money to do real estate, but you do need something. You need vision. You need to know what you are going to do, how you are going to go about doing it, and when/what you should do next if the first plan fails. You need to know what your ultimate goal will be and have a vision of what you are doing all this investing for… period.

Is it for more freedom, is it because you want to help people, or is it simply for money, which I hope no one chooses this to be the ultimate reason they are in this industry.

Your vision is what will carry you farther than you have ever dreamed of. It will keep you strong when you feel weak. It will create solutions when there seems to be none. It will create a path so you can walk through an obstacle without being hurt. And it will be the inner fire within you that will keep you going till you have seen and accomplished your ultimate goal. It is your ultimate goal.

Here let me give you an example.   My vision is to create an empire that can run on its own so I can have all the free time I need to travel, spend time with family and friends, and ultimately spend time teaching others who want to start real estate.

I want to use the wealth I create and will be constantly generating to fund deals for beginners. Create tools so they can use to create a stress –free, hassle – free and cost – free environment.

With the profit I make from these transactions I want to use it to help and fund those who normally can’t afford housing. Heck I even see myself creating a TV show out of this.

As of now it is still a far reach from where I am at, but I am slowly building up to this ultimate goal of mine.

So what is your vision?

Is it to create more time for you?

Is it to create wealth so you can give it back to your community?

Is it so you can create a foundation for the sick and needy?

Is it to create a company to research a cure for cancer, aids, etc….?

What is your vision, and in order for you to succeed it has to involve two things… giving back to someone, even if its just to your significant other, and it has to be bigger than you!!

So lets get involved… I know that someone already created a blog about creating your goals but goals or small steps that will lead up to your vision… or I guess you can say your ultimate goal. If you don’t do this now, do it sometime. If you don’t then you will be lost and never be able to improve or reach your optimum capabilities in this industry.

So what is your ultimate goal/vision?

Well I cant wait to see what everyone’s is and as always make sure you also comment on this blog, grade it, and of course implement it.

Talk to you next time,

Livy.
