I have a number of contacts from different fields. Not all are RE investors.
I have been using Plaxo (www.plaxo.com) for some time. It is a free service. There is a bigger benefit than 'free'.
Plaxo starts with the idea that each person knows best when their contact information has changed. When the old business card details are out of date and what the new information should be. I no longer have to wonder if I have current info. I always have the most recent details with no maintenance.
What do others use to keep track of contacts?

PS. One reason for asking is Plaxo is limited to 10,000 contacts. Once you breach that limit you miss out on some of the benefits of the service.

I am in Plaxo, very active in LinkedIn, and now using Real Estate Investor.com to manage contacts. I'm not too savvy in Plaxo and for the past 9 months been active on LinkedIn. And of course Outlook and Mail on the Mac are the staple apps.
What I like the most about REI.com is I know all of these contacts have real estate as a common denominator. LinkedIn and Plaxo are a mixed bags.
