On my way to inspect some houses about an hour away from me, I had to pull over and take a picture.  My car rolled over 300,000 miles on it!

Speaking of inspecting houses.  I went to look at a house in Durham, NC.  It's a little bit known for being rough.  I had my 4 year old with me, so I'm always on high alert.

The agent met me at this house, after I had already been there checking out the outside for about 10 minutes and we looked through the house.  She mentioned this house was the best of all of them, as far as roughness of the neighborhood.

As we were leaving, and I was putting my son in his car-seat, I noticed a bunch of vans pulling up behind me (across the street) and police in black tee-shirts piled out and took off running toward a house across the street.. I mouthed "LETS GET OUT OF HERE NOW!" to the agent getting in her car.  At the next house, she said, "That's a good thing... at least you know the police will COME. They won't come to some neighborhoods at all!"

I would love to have been a fly on the wall and heard what the agent said back at the office at the water cooler.  The agent was smart and at least looked at the positive side to a not so positive event that took place while out with the client.  Sounds like a pretty smart quick thinking agent.
Funny story.  Thanks for sharing.

I said it was not to bad

it was dark, till a guy ran down the street, in the police helicopters spotlight, LOL

He did not buy the house
