The house I've been working on since October is almost finished... and it HAS to be.  The new lease option owners/renters want to move in on the 3rd!  That leaves me 6 days to finish this house.  They come by every day to see the progress... but, I've been in this business long enough to know...  Until the downpayment has been made... nothing means anything till the papers are signed.  Anything and everything happens before signing of papers!  With that in mind, I am still rushing to finish, but with a non-stress type of rush!!!
