Hello Everyone,

  I have been looking into investing in apartments as it seems to be one of the best ways to passive income. The market here in Omaha,Nebraska is amazing and there are properties popping up all of the time. I can locate the deals, that have an amazing cap rate and NOI, but the financing is where I would like to get more information. Of course these are larger properties and perhaps I may go the hard money route. But does anyone have suggestions as to how I could structure these deals.

I am also looking for investors willing to go in on these deals with me as well. I can forward more info/property analysis to you if you are interested.
