Hey Everyone,
I have a hell of deal for you! It's a 3 bedroom/1 full bath about 900-1,000 sq ft that is an absolute steal @$29,000 no matter where you're from. This house needs about some basics done but could easily be rehabbed for under $20,000 and in about 45 days or less.

what are the comps?
what other comps are out there?
what work needs to be done? Do you have pictures to support that?
age of the home?
have you checked the title?
about 900 to 1000 SQFT? DOes it expand like an RV?
Not trying to hate here, but you should do the complex math and have all the facts . Plus unless you want to talk to bunches of tire kickers, give all the details, let your offer weed out the people who do not want your deal.
or are you building a buyers list, if you are then just ask people to be on the list
