We are beginning investors! I love looking into real estate and would love to get started. At this time, our finances are a little tight. We have 8 children and want to earn the money to help them find their dreams! We need a potential real estate investment partnership to get this off the ground! We would love to hear from anyone willing to take a risk on us. We are good people with the intelligence to pick this up and soar with it, we just need the money to go somewhere... Please if anyone is interested in helping us out, we would love to hear from you!

Some advice.
When talking about investors with cash there are two types. Those who are savvy and able to hang on to their money and those who are more naive so they keep loosing their money.
The investors you want to work with are not the ones who will be interested in taking a risk on your. They are investors who can spot a good deal when you present it to them. Find a great deal and you can find a partner. Ask people to take a risk on you and little will happen.
Your track record. Stuff that you have accomplished rather than how much you love looking at RE or how intelligent. Tell the investors about your skills, prior accomplishments, and other specifics.
