I am looking for a new book to read but I don't want to waste money on something that is full of old techniques or ideas that don't work. I am doing mostly wholesales but I am hoping to flip and buy/hold soon. So any advice or info you can give on a good book with info on any of these subjects would be greatly appreciated. I have been looking into a few but I don't know if they are worth reading. Let me know. Here they are: Becoming A Millionaire God's Way and The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. I'm open to anything else so tell me what you think.

I highly recommend a book called "Eat that Frog". It's not about real estate, but rather how to become a very efficient producer. This works for any business your in.

All of Tony Robbins stuff
Think and grow rich
Your best life now (religious)
Most people completely forget about public library's. I go there every week and get audio books to listen to while I drive.
