Maybe it's the full moon today, I'm not sure, but it was in my favor!

Yesterday was the first day I was able to get in the house of one of my evicted renters.  It is totally nasty!  I'm guessing $4K in damages.  I was bummed out about that.  It is now the roach motel!!!!

Today, I've had SIX phone calls begging me to let them rent to own this house.  I haven't even TOLD anyone in town about the eviction but this is a small town!  I was pulling the carpets out today and already a knock at the door, asking me to look at the house.  I didn't want to show it to them so TERRIBLE, but they insisted and beg me to call them FIRST when I get it cleaned up.. 6 calls in one day over an unadvertised house!

Had yet another call wanting to desperately rent my apartment out.  I have packed materials in that apartment since it was vacant and can barely shut the door.  The apartment was never finished from it's rehab when someone had rented it before, unfinished.  These people want to rent it unfinished and work off the deposit and finish it.  I will have to find new storage for my materials on the fire house now!!! Not a problem!

That would fill up my houses again, other than the fire house.  That house is coming right along and that was the next great thing that happened today.  The mortgage company's inspector called me to schedule an inspection so I could get my 2nd draw!  YES! 

I'm also learning how to wholesale.  I'll tell you more about that in another blog.  Someone from HERE has taken me under their wing to teach me how to expand my business.. I can't wait to share some success stories with you about that.  I'll keep you posted.
