  Well I guess one way would be to create paper. Another could be by going to mister money bags the "Investor" that is looking to get the property as a by and hold. Which also has all cash and doesn't need a mortgage. Please let me know if these are right.

  Also I wanted to change the syntax on what you said above.

So if we are not getting wall street or GSA funded money, its no problem its an assignment

2 of these are really good deals and might be under contract today

 

plus their is always more than one way to skin a cat but... Some things I must reserve, to protect my ablity to make money, lol

if everyone knows what I know, then, I am just like everyone

 

the old days of someone getting an asignement of contract, going to a mortgage broker and getting a loan are done, with the mortgage broker putting himself in a bad position

 

here is a question for you

 

how else could I do this deal if they wanted to get a mortgage?

 I just went back and checked your posting on my blog. Tell me if I have this right. As long as I have an all cash buyer Or a hard money lender assignments can be used. They just cant be used when some one is using a conventional loan.

    I am a little confused. A few days ago you responded to a blog of mine, as assignments being fraud. Now here on yours you have assignments. I am not saying you are committing fraud. Just interested in the technique being used. Can you please explain.
