the investor wants to cash out
I have a private money guy, for the funding
Well I guess one way would be to create paper. Another could be by going to mister money bags the "Investor" that is looking to get the property as a by and hold. Which also has all cash and doesn't need a mortgage. Please let me know if these are right.

So if we are not getting wall street or GSA funded money, its no problem its an assignment
2 of these are really good deals and might be under contract today
plus their is always more than one way to skin a cat but... Some things I must reserve, to protect my ablity to make money, lol

the old days of someone getting an asignement of contract, going to a mortgage broker and getting a loan are done, with the mortgage broker putting himself in a bad position
here is a question for you
how else could I do this deal if they wanted to get a mortgage?
