Finally going to my first REIA meeting tomorrow morning!  I'm so excited!

UPDATE - Just got home from the meeting.  I was a little nervous going, because I knew I was probably the newist member there.  I'm so glad I made it.  Everyone was so warm and welcoming.  You could not separate the newbies from the seasoned investors because everyone was so down to earth.  It was packed.  All the seats were full.  Talked to a couple people.  Got some business cards.  Passed out some buyers list application forms.  And I learned so much from the guest speaker, Jackie Lange. Big bonus, she specializes in wholesaling and so do I.  She shared so many wonderful and inspirational success stories.  She is now my new hero.  She also gave us all a free e-book Real Estate Profits on Steroids to take home, which I'm going to be reading all day today.  What a wonderful experience!  Definitely the best Saturday morning I've ever had.
