I just received a photo of a property that the owner wants rehabbed. This is by far the most unusual property I've come across in all my years of investing. The owner said he missed his home back in England. I have no clue as to how to even start. Please look at the photo on page two in my photos, you'll know which on right away. Suggestions welcomed.

I LOVE it!!! What would you do to rehab it?  It has charm and originality!!!!  Every person wants to be king of his castle or queen of her castle... perfect place to start!!!!  LOVE it!

Believe it or not I would love to get my hands on that project. I did a home up north NJ near Morristown the home if you looked at it from the air in a plane which we did just to see what it looked like. I helped build a home that was over 15000 sq feet and if you know what the Olympic symbol  looks like that is how this home was designed in 5 circles connected together it was great experience and learned a lot about circles. Great stuff
